How Warranty Support Works
Stop using the product if continued use could create damage or safety risk.
Prepare order number, product name/SKU, serial number if available, photos/video, and issue description.
Send the details to McHenry Power Equipment so the support path can be reviewed.
McHenry helps coordinate the next step based on the brand guideline, product policy, and selected warranty option.
What May Be Covered
- Manufacturing defects reviewed under brand/manufacturer guidelines.
- Eligible parts failure under normal use when covered by the policy.
- Structural, mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical components when covered by the product terms.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear, consumables, misuse, overloading, improper maintenance, or incorrect installation.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, cosmetic damage, environmental exposure, or jobsite damage.
- Damage during unloading, transport after delivery, or handling after the customer receives the shipment.
What To Send
- Order number, product name or SKU, and serial number if available.
- Photos or video of the issue and a short description of what happened.
- Maintenance records or delivery paperwork if requested for review.
Separate From Warranty
Delivery damage is handled through shipping/freight support, not normal warranty. Inspect before signing, note visible damage on delivery paperwork, take photos, and contact McHenry quickly.
