Coverage Review

What May Be Covered

  • Manufacturing defects reviewed under brand/manufacturer guidelines.
  • Eligible parts failure under normal use when covered by the policy.
  • Structural, mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical components when covered by the product terms.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear, consumables, misuse, overloading, improper maintenance, or incorrect installation.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, cosmetic damage, environmental exposure, or jobsite damage.
  • Damage during unloading, transport after delivery, or handling after the customer receives the shipment.
